Job Position
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with recent experience in the agricultural sector to lead a sales team, selling our 100kW off-grid solar systems and electrical equipment tailored for farming operations. This role combines deep agri-business understanding with solution-based selling in the renewable energy space.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the national sales strategy targeting primary producers and agribusiness operators.
Build and maintain a team encouraging relationships with rural clients including farmers, growers, station owners, and agricultural consultants.
Identify sales opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales pipeline – from lead generation to contract closure.
Collaborate with marketing to develop region-specific campaigns and attend industry field days and expos.
Recruit, train and mentor junior sales representatives.
Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer insights and market demand.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Key Requirements
3–5 years of recent experience in Agri-Business Sales or Rural Equipment Sales.
Proven success in B2B or direct sales to farmers and rural businesses.
Strong knowledge of agricultural operations and energy requirements in off-grid or remote settings.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.
Ability to travel regionally (driver’s licence required).
Experience with solar energy systems or electrical farm machinery is not required.
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency.
