Major Motors are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Forrestfield team and be a part of our success. We are a WA owned and operated business. Major Motors is the number one selling truck dealer in Western Australia and Isuzu trucks have held this position in the total Australian Truck Market since 1989.

About the role.

We are offering a Casual Position to the right candidate who is enthusiastic, with a "can do" attitude, exceptional customer service skills and time management skills. You will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relationships and post service follow-up.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 20HOURS PER WEEK

Responsibilities (not limited to)

Provide exceptional customer service through all communications

Contact customers within 2 days of service for feedback

Follow-up customer satisfaction survey completion

Contact lapsed customers on a regular basis

Follow-up potential new business and prospects

Focus on Net Promoter Scores and achieve above average scores

Answering phones in a professional manner

Follow relevant QA procedures at all time

Data entry and Ad-hoc administration duties as required

Comply with all QHSE policies and procedures

To be successful the following is required:

Current driver’s license

Experience in an Automotive industry customer relations position or similar is preferred but not essential

Exceptional customer service skills and follow-up

Have a positive and can-do attitude

High level of motivation and dedication

Ability to work as a team and also autonomously

Ability to multitask

Attention to detail

Ability to learn quickly

Great verbal and written communication skills
