About Our Client
We’re partnering with a well-established leader in the flexible packaging industry, currently seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Manager to help expand their presence across NSW. With a strong portfolio of high-performance solutions, they support a broad client base across the FMCG, industrial, food, and manufacturing sectors.
About The Role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth while nurturing and expanding existing customer relationships. Working closely with internal technical and operational teams, you’ll deliver value-added, customised solutions that meet the evolving needs of your clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and converting new business opportunities across target sectors
Managing a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
Developing a deep understanding of client needs and industry trends
Collaborating with technical, product, and supply chain teams to craft tailored solutions
Preparing proposals, delivering product demonstrations, and managing tenders and strategic account plans
About You
As the successful candidate for this role, you will be a relationship-focused sales professional with a strong background in solution-based selling. Experience in the flexible packaging space is highly regarded. You thrive in a role where you can build trust, add value, and drive results.
Additionally, you will bring:
Proven track record in B2B solution sales—experience in flexible packaging, industrial consumables, or print/packaging preferred
Strong commercial acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills
A self-motivated, organised approach with the ability to manage a pipeline and deliver against targets
Confidence to work autonomously while also collaborating across internal teams
Willingness to travel throughout your territory to meet clients and prospects
Salary & Benefits
$95,000 to $120,000 + Super + Car Allowance + Commissions
