Customer Service – Call Centre | Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $30–$35 per hour (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Parramatta. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support via phone, email, and live chat regarding our cloud-based business solutions.

This is a full-time, on-site position operating Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service through phone, email, and live chat.

Respond to customer enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate where necessary.

Identify potential sales leads and pass them on to the appropriate internal teams.

About You:

Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred but not essential.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.

NDIS Industry experience preferred but not essential.
