About Company
Our client is an Australian-owned beauty distribution company that delivers world-class brands and aesthetic devices to salons, spas, and clinics across the country—backed by unrivalled service and support.
They are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join a supportive, high-performing team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring every order, enquiry, and client interaction is handled with accuracy and care.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys juggling multiple tasks, and brings strong data entry skills and customer focus to the table.
About the Role
Location: Office-based in Kurnell NSW
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm - Half hour lunch
Duration: On going as required (Potential for future permanent role)
Start date: ASAP
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls
Processing orders directly into our system (data entry focused) whilst on the phone
Exceptional customer service
Proactively support customers to ensure service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is maintained or exceeded
Communicate, problem solve, document and coordinate service issues, complaints, resolutions and responses
Provide product knowledge and support to our clients
Essential Criteria:
Experience in an administration role - minimum 2 years
Experience in B2B customer service - minimum 1 year
Previous call centre experience is highly regarded
A customer focus to ensure you always have our clients’ needs front of mind
Ability to navigate multiple systems whilst being on the phone
Strong communication, written and listening skills
High level of accuracy in data entry
Someone who thrives in a high energy, fast-paced & supportive team environment
Someone with a great attitude who wants to create the best outcomes for customers and the company

Confidence in dealing with a wide range of people
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and time management
