As a customer service representative, you will be assisting customers over the phone, email and live chat on various enquiries regarding the use of the company's online entertainment platforms.
Your Work Schedule:
- 3 days per week across Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday
- 24 Hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional support across phone, email, and live chat channels.
- Assist with customer enquiries, ensuring a seamless experience on our platform.
- Collaborate with wider teams such a risk & compliance etc.
- Must be able to work afternoon & evening hours shifts across Friday - Monday
About You:
- Customer service experience (call-centre preferred but not essential)
- Experienced in working evening/night shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to work hours outlined
