Customer Service Officer
- $36.00 per hour + Super | Mon- Fri 12:00pm-8:00pm

About the Company
Our client prides themselves on delivering a high-end service, specialising in warehousing, courier services and international shipping. They are looking for energetic, friendly personalities who thrive in a high volume environment to join their growing team based in Horsley Park.
About the role
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be required to deliver end-to-end professional customer service over the phone and via email.
Your duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Answering email and phone inquiries promptly
- Utilising Salesforce to manage cases and email queries from clients and customers
- Consigning and booking pick-ups and deliveries using an in-house transport tool
- Tracking and tracing deliveries
- Updating clients on delivery performance, consignments, and tracking reports
- Willing to meet targets and set goals within the customer service space
About you
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and experience working within a team environment. You will have a can-do attitude, be able to perform in a fast-paced environment and be willing to give it your 100%!
Requirements
- Previous work experience in a call centre, customer service or transport role
- Experience using MS Office applications, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Team player with exposure to working with large operational teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to commit to a 12pm - 8pm shift
- Have a reliable car and driver’s licence, as there is no access to public transport.
