About the role

This is a part-time role located in Dubbo. As a Customer Service Representative and Kitchen Team Support, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience and providing friendly, efficient assistance. You will also play a key role in supporting the kitchen team at Farmers Bakehouse.

What you'll be doing

Providing exceptional customer service, answering incoming calls from customers, and resolving inquiries

Greeting and assisting customers in person, handling sales, orders and payments

Following the instructions, identifying the priority tasks, and being cooperative to the team is required

Providing support to the kitchen team, including order processing, inventory management and general duties

Assist kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and sanitize kitchen equipment, and work surfaces.

Restocking cool rooms, kitchen supplies, product presentation and maintaining clean environment.

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, professional and customer-focused approach

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively

Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures

Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the food or hospitality industry

A keen interest in the food industry and a passion for delivering high-quality products and services

Flexibility to work a part-time schedule, including afternoons and weekends as required

Early start is required
