We’re on the hunt for an exceptional PR Assistant / Senior PR Account Executive who’s passionate about media, tapped into sports and lifestyle culture, and thrives in a creative, high-performance environment. You'll play a key role in delivering standout campaigns and keeping our clients front and centre in the public conversation.

What you will be doing:

Media and Influencer Database: Maintain and grow our media, KOL and influencer contacts across all client accounts.

Press Office: Support senior team members with day-to-day client liaison. Confidently pitch and develop stories across print, broadcast and digital media.

Copywriting: Draft press releases, tailored pitches, feature angles, bios, and other written content with clarity and creativity.

Proactive PR: Constantly seek and suggest media and influencer opportunities that go beyond campaign KPIs.

Creative Collaboration: Contribute fresh thinking and ideas during brainstorms and campaign development.

Influencer Identification: Use strong cultural awareness to source and assess brand-fit sport, hospitality and lifestyle KOLs/influencers.

Campaign + Event Support: Assist with the planning and execution of integrated campaigns, activations and events — from brief to wrap.

Client Reporting: Prepare WIPs, status reports and coverage trackers to keep clients informed and aligned.

Event Coordination: Help plan and support media-facing moments such as photo calls, press conferences, talent tours, launch events and community activations.

Media Kit Creation: Research, compile and distribute media kits and seeding packs that capture attention and drive interest.

Monitoring + Reporting: Track earned media, social performance and compile campaign wrap reports that show real impact.

What we are looking for:

2+ years’ PR experience (agency or in-house)

A degree in PR, Communications, Media or similar

A passion for sport, lifestyle, culture and what’s trending

Existing media contacts across sport, fitness and general news

A solid understanding of the Australian media landscape with established media relationships

Confidence in pitching and securing media coverage

Excellent writing, research and communication skills

Highly organised and deadline-driven with strong attention to detail

Positive, proactive energy — someone who rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in

Sydney-based and able to work both independently and in a hybrid setup

What we can offer:

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000+super (dependent on experience)
