Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator – Temporary Assignment (3 Days per Week)
Location: Collins Street, Melbourne CBD | $36 per hour + Super | 1st – 23rd July
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist / Facilities Coordinator for a short-term temporary assignment based in Melbourne’s CBD. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in office administration and reception, who are available to work Monday to Wednesday, from 8:30am – 5:00pm, for a 4-week period.
Position Details:
Duration: 1st – 23rd July
Days: Monday to Wednesday
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Rate: $36 per hour + Super
Location: Collins Street, Melbourne CBD
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Manage incoming calls, messages, and general enquiries
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area
Oversee visitor logs and manage access protocols
Coordinate with building management, vendors, and security providers
Support meeting room bookings and event coordination
Monitor and maintain office supplies and communal areas
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security procedures
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist or office administration role
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
