Our client is a well-recognised national brand with a strong presence across Australia. They have multiple short-term casual opportunities, including part-time roles in selected locations, to support their teams during this peak period
Position Details:
Role: Office Admin Coordinator
Location: Ballarat
Hourly Rate: $34.58 per hour + super (inclusive of casual loading; Modern Award applies)
Anticipated Contract Duration: Tax Season - July and August - potentially longer depending on the volume
Anticipated Start Date: 17th of June
Anticipated Working hours: 38 per week
Please note that offices are usually open from 8am - 6 pm weekdays during the tax season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide a professional, welcoming experience
- Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and offer service information
- Conduct pre-appointment calls and liaise with internal admin teams
- Accept and organise tax return drop-offs
- Process payments, manage office banking, and respond to emails promptly
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in reception or administrative support
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional presentation and a team-focused attitude
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
