About the Role

We're seeking for a Receptionist for a short term assignment commencing June 18 2025 and ending July 31 2025.

Duties:

• Organize courier sample pick-ups for clients using our internal courier or Toll Fast (VIC only)
• Take internal and external phone calls and transfer to corresponding staff member using miRECEPTION Telstra IP Telephony system
• Open mail and distribute to correct staff member and departments
• Take mail to the post box
• Scan and send timesheets to staff members in the following states: NSW, NT, SA, WA & QLD
• Scan & Send Credit Card Statements to relevant staff members every month
• Order Stationary
• Process Credit Card Payments & advise relevant Client Manager
• Enter DHL invoices on Microsoft Access
• Scan & Send Sub-Contract Invoices to correct client manager for approval
• Make announcements over the PA System
• Book travel and accommodation for staff
• Filing of invoice

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in receptionist position
• Strong numeracy and financial skills.
• Ability to build and structure business plans, submissions and initiatives.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, with an eagerness to take the next step.
• Ability to be a hands-on hard worker and a ‘doer’ with a common sense approach
