Thomson Environmental Systems seeks an experienced and motivated Rental and Subscriptions Coordinator to join our high-performance staff full-time, reporting to the Executive General Manager, with the primary purpose of supporting the Sales department ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key duties & responsibilities:
Liaising with clients regarding rental and subscription enquiries
Maintaining and updating client profiles and accounts in the CRM
Processing and following up on new rental leads
Managing incoming client enquiries, including requests, updates, and account details
Performing high-level data entry and reporting
Preparing weekly and monthly reports for the business
Preparing monthly invoicing
Ensuring all subscription renewal quotations are prepared and sent promptly
Coordinating annual calibrations of rental equipment
Secondary accountabilities would include:
Assisting with Tradeshows and Events where required
Communicating with external companies regarding QLD office requirements
Managing warehouse receivals, ensuring all courier deliveries are processed efficiently
Overseeing the freight register and coordinating the dispatch of goods from the warehouse
Experience & qualifications:
Experience in a previous Rental and Subscriptions Coordinator or Supervisory position preferred
Experience in the industrial field, particularly relating to either mining, resource, utilities, manufacturing or construction, is highly regarded
Demonstrated customer service experience
Strong skills in all Microsoft Office applications
Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently at all levels
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise workload
Ability to work independently and as a team
MUST HAVE Field & Service ERP/CRM software experience – Odoo preferred

Hands on experience with ERP/CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
