The Role:

We need a smart, sharp, organised operator. Someone who can juggle admin tasks with creative energy, and treat the brand like it’s their own.

This is not your average assistant role. You’ll be acting like a junior cofounder—working closely with the founder across operations, sales, and creative projects.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Outreach to wholesale clients via email and DM (think: boutique hotels, events teams, businesses)

• Admin + operations support (e.g. documenting custom gift box orders, briefing fulfilment clearly and effectively)

• Sales communication—quick replies, great tone, persuasive when needed

• Designing and giving input on gift box concepts

• Occasional help with social media content or ideas
