About the Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to work in the areas of general administration & sales area of the tarpaulin division of the company.

Immediate Start

Some of your responsibilities will include:

Processing incoming monthly invoices & statements

Invoicing and dispatching of completed goods

Preparing Sales Presentations

Monthly stock check

General House Keeping

Quoting & preparing client presentations

Follow-up Client enquiries and quotes

Training provided to move the role into the Sales area once product knowledge and experience attained

Answering & fielding incoming calls.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Previous experience in the admin duties (desirable)

The ability to pay strong attention to detail while meeting deadlines

Excellent communication skills with a positive and honest approach

The ability to work independently and within a team

Current drivers license (desirable)

Strong customer relations focus

Full Australian work rights and current residence
