This award winning architecture practice is seeking a motivated office administrator to be the first point of contact, ensuring a warm and professional experience for clients and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, supporting daily operations, managing schedules, coordinating travel and handling correspondence. Prior experience in office administration within a design or architecture practice is highly valued.
Key Responsibilities
General administrative assistance
Meeting and greeting guests
Answering and directing calls
Monitoring studio inboxes
PA support to directors
Arranging travel and visas
Facilities management
Co-coordinating meetings and events
Skills and Experience
Experience in a customer facing/front of house role
Interest in architecture/design
Great organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
Ability to work proactively and autonomously in busy studio
