A NSW Government department is seeking an experienced Business Analytics Engagement Manager to support the strategic delivery of data and analytics services across multiple divisions. Acting as the first point of contact, this role will lead engagement with internal stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and drive the implementation of high-value data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison across divisions to understand and support data and analytics needs.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and co-design solutions aligned with business priorities.
• Identify, structure, and prioritise use cases to inform analytics strategy and investment.
• Lead the design and implementation of analytics capabilities across functional teams.
• Contribute to planning, business case development, and funding processes.
• Participate in customer councils to support prioritisation and communicate value.
• Define success metrics and report on operational effectiveness.
• Promote collaboration, innovation, and stakeholder satisfaction across the organisation.

About You:

• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, business partnering, or strategic delivery.
• Proven experience in scoping and leading data or analytics-driven initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex needs into actionable insights and solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Public sector experience highly regarded.
