Big Dog Builds is growing fast — and we’re looking for a sharp, reliable and detail-driven Build Support Coordinator to join our powerhouse team. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Build Designers and workshop legends to make sure every custom truck is quoted, tracked, and delivered with precision.

The Role: Be the Backbone of Every Build

As a Build Support Coordinator, you’re the link between what’s promised in the quote and what rolls out of the workshop. You’ll:

Prepare detailed, accurate quotes based on the Build Designer’s vision

Set up and track jobs in in our job management system from deposit through to delivery

Coordinate with parts, engineering, workshop, and accounts

Keep internal records clean, timely, and audit-ready

Handle documentation — from engineering certs to final handover checklists

This role is not customer-facing — but it is critical to customer success. You’ll keep everything humming behind the scenes.

About You

You’re super reliable and detail-obsessed — nothing slips through the cracks.

You’ve worked in admin, project coordination, workshop support or quoting roles.

You love a clean system, accurate record, and jobs that hit their deadline.

You communicate clearly, follow up without fail, and work well with multiple departments.

Experience with WorkGuru (or similar job/project software) is a bonus, but not essential.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $65K–$80K per year, depending on experience and skill

Performance Incentives: Potential for workflow bonus or performance-based top-ups

Tools Provided: WorkGuru system access, laptop/desktop setup, training materials
