About the Role

In this full-time support coordination role, you’ll empower people with disability to navigate the NDIS and achieve their goals through quality support coordination. You will leverage your knowledge and connections in the communityto coordinate services and create positive outcomes. We keep caseloads manageable and focus on quality over quantity, so you can truly make an impact. Your established network and reputation for excellence will be valued here – we provide the platform for you to continue your important work with no disruption to the relationships you’ve built.

About You

We’re looking for a seasoned Support Coordinator who is passionate, ethical, and ready to hit the ground running in a new environment. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven Experience – You have extensive experience in NDIS Support Coordination (ideally 2+ years) and a track record of positive outcomes for the individuals you support.

Strong Professional Network – You’ve built strong connections with providers, community services, and colleagues. Your professional reputation is one of trust, integrity, and reliability.

Values-Alignment – You are driven by participant-focused, person-centered practice (aligning with DSP’s values of empowerment and integrity). You seek an employer that shares your ethics and commitment to quality service.

Knowledge & Qualifications – You understand the NDIS inside and out – including plans, budgets, and service coordination best practices. (Relevant qualifications in disability, community services or similar are highly regarded.)
