More than 600 trucks later, our workshop hustles through bull-bars, roof-racks, dual-battery systems and kilometre-long wiring looms every single week. None of that happens without the right terminals, fuses, split-tube and relays on the shelf, ready when the spanners fly.

That’s where you come in. We’re searching for a detail-obsessed Consumables & Procurement Coordinator to own every nut, crimp and plug that powers our builds—and to squeeze every dollar of value from our suppliers while you’re at it.

The Mission

Own the Shelf: Run weekly physical stock-takes, restock every fitter bay, and ensure zero “sorry mate, we’re out” moments.

Master the Spreadsheet: Maintain a live min/max tracker in Google Sheets; surface burn-rate and spend dashboards for the Workshop Lead.

Order Like a Pro: Raise POs across multiple supplier portals, bulk-buy the right SKUs, and plan weekly or monthly drops to slash freight and admin costs.

Hunt Better Gear: Research higher-quality or faster-install consumables; pitch upgrades that boost efficiency or reliability.

Win the Deal: Negotiate pricing, rebates and freight terms—backed by data, not haggling.

Close the Loop: Match every delivery docket to the invoice, code it correctly for Accounts, and chase discrepancies the same day.

Partner Up: Sync daily with the Workshop Lead on upcoming builds and with Accounts on spend vs. budget. You’re the glue between spanners and spreadsheets.

About You

Conscientious & Steady: You live in the details and thrive on routine accuracy—but you’ll flex a little dominance to hold suppliers to their word.

Inventory Pro: 2 + yrs running consumables or stores in automotive, manufacturing or trades. You can XLOOKUP in your sleep.

Deal Maker: Evidence of shaving dollars off top-20 SKUs or securing better lead-times without torching relationships.

Workshop Fluent: You speak fitter-ese—know what a Deutsch plug is and why 3 mm split-tube beats 4 mm in tight engine bays.

Problem Solver: Freight delay? You’ve already sourced an alternative and updated the schedule before anyone asks.
