Looking for a change of industry?

If you’re experienced in inventory or warehouse coordination and looking to apply your skills in a new, meaningful industry, this could be your next career move. Join a fast-growing pharmaceutical eCommerce company and help deliver essential healthcare products to people across Australia.

About Us

We are a rapidly growing pharmaceutical eCommerce warehouse supplying high-quality compounded and commercial medications to customers and healthcare providers. Based in Brendale, our company is built on innovation, accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer care. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a capable Inventory Coordinator to join our operations team and take charge of inventory processes and play a vital role in our mission.

About the Role

As the Inventory Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for the accuracy, organisation, and flow of stock in our facility. You’ll lead stock control processes, and take charge of end-to-end inventory control at our Brendale warehouse. From stock integrity to process improvements, your work ensures timely access to essential medications for those who need them most. This role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, enjoys solving problems, and is looking for long-term growth in a rapidly growing, purpose-driven industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and execute full stocktakes and cycle counts with accuracy
  • Accurately record inventory movements in ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite)
  • Monitor trends and work closely with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Oversee the receiving and inspection of incoming goods
  • Process inventory transactions, receipts, reporting and adjustments
  • Identify and implement improvements to optimise processes and workflow efficiency
  • Lead and support warehouse inventory team members in day-to-day tasks
  • Ensure compliance with safety and pharmaceutical handling procedures
  • Report regularly on inventory performance to management in a timely manner

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone who’s reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to step up in a leadership role. You’ll need to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves and taking initiative to ensure smooth operations.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in inventory coordination or warehouse operations
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Experience using inventory systems (NetSuite experience is a bonus)
  • A current forklift license
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • The ability to lead a small team and work collaboratively
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the operation
  • Experience with pharmaceutical, eCommerce or cold chain logistics is highly desirable but not essential

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a growing, innovative company in a unique industry
  • Make a meaningful impact in the healthcare sector
  • Learn and grow in a supportive and professional environment
  • Work with a close-knit, values-driven team
  • Enjoy staff discounts, team events, and a competitive salary

Our Core Values

  1. We go above and beyond to serve our customers
  2. We act with empathy and understanding
  3. We are committed to continuous growth
  4. We support each other as a team
