We have an opportunity for a Spare Parts Coordinator to join our Team at our Murarrie warehouse.
The Spare Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement, reconciliation, allocation, and tracking of spare parts and accessories required to support production, repairs, and warranty activities. The Spare Parts Coordinator also oversees the management of surplus and excess stock is reused, reallocated, or disposed of efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Source and place orders for spare parts, accessories, and consumables.
Raise purchase orders and obtain necessary approvals.
Track and follow orders to ensure timely delivery.
Allocate parts to appropriate jobs, service tickets, or other locations.
Maintain up-to-date inventory records in line with physical stock.
Track warranty-related items and manage return or replacement.
Maintain a preferred supplier list and negotiate pricing or terms when appropriate.
Provide regular status updates to relevant departments.
Adhere to Security Policies to ensure customer/company information is never compromised.
About you:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Solid 2+ years’ experience working within the IT Industry.
Excellent parts and repair knowledge of IT equipment.
Be passionate about attention to detail and efficiency.
Have a keen eye for details.
Excellent time management skills.
Actively participate in ACT Group’s team drive for continuous improvement.
Ability to take instruction and work with minimal supervision.
