🕘 Casual ongoing| Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
🏢 Brand new facility in National Drive | 💼 37.5 hours per week
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ready to bring your expertise to a modern, growing organisation? We're seeking a proactive and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our collaborative team in Dandenong South.
About the Role
This is a key support position within our Customer Service team. You'll be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, ensuring queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. You'll play an integral role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the wider business with timely communication and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and manage incoming calls and emails from customers
Respond to enquiries promptly - aiming for resolution within 24 hours
Communicate with customers to resolve issues, concerns, and complaints
Organise, file, and archive customer requests and documents
Relay customer feedback and quality concerns to relevant teams (e.g., Product Management)
Work toward individual and team service metrics
Ensure compliance with our company's quality systems and procedures
About You
You'll bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. You enjoy being part of a team and take pride in delivering top-tier service to customers.
Skills & Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Confident in handling difficult situations with diplomacy and care
High attention to detail, especially when dealing with complex product information
Experience with business systems or ERP software (SAP experience is highly regarded)
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar customer service role
