SE National Transport is a Regional Victorian based transport company and we are looking for Customer Service Staff to join our team.
We provide delivery services for our customers from Shepparton to Melbourne daily, and other regional and interstate areas.
Part-time role Monday-Wednesday Candidates will need to be available every Tuesday, flexibility to fill in for other staff on additonal days will be highly regarded.
Role will be joining the current Customer Service team
Based in our head office in Shepparton.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
First Responder to all incoming calls and Customer Service emails
Attending to reception as required for freight collection and customer inquiries
Attending to customers for parcel collection
Assist drivers with queries
Other customer inquiries / Customer Service duties
Entering freight deliveries into TMS
Checking and fixing any other data entry issues
Other duties
Freight search
Scanning and printing
Support others with their roles as required
Learn the basics of the other admin roles to assist in covering leave
Desired Experience:-
Previous Customer Service and Administration experience is essential
Previous experience with Microsoft office is essential
Previous experience in the transport industry is desirable
