Durasafe is a well-established, privately owned and operated business specialising in the supply and installation of linemarking and safety products in workplaces and carparks. We are based in Bayswater, VIC but travel state-wide for works + also occasionally interstate as required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Answer all incoming enquiries in a prompt, friendly and efficient manner.

Ensure enquiries are responded to as quickly as possible, diverting them to other sales representatives if required.

Receive, process and follow up customer enquiries by attending site visits and undertaking quoting.

Process possible leads received from other teams.

Strive to achieve KPI sales targets by building and maintaining rapport with clients to gain ongoing works.

Liaising with local suppliers as required.

Liaising with trade services as required.

Varying administrative duties as required to fulfill the project coordination aspect of the role.

Maintain accurate notes and records with the financial management system.

A current Victorian licence.

Experience working in the building or manufacturing industry, or related backgrounds is highly regarded.
