WHG is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Junior Technical Sales & Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent university graduate or someone with relevant industry experience to kick-start their career in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

You will support the sales and technical teams across all stages of the sales cycle and project delivery, helping engage customers, prepare proposals, coordinate deployments, and assist with product demonstrations.

Based in Melbourne’s Inner West, this role offers exposure to a wide range of responsibilities, mentorship from experienced professionals, and the chance to work with cutting-edge Telematics and IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Conduct outbound activities including lead generation, sales calls and delivering product presentations to prospective clients

Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying new opportunities

Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and tenders

Attend meetings and product demonstrations with customers and partners

Help manage follow-ups, customer records, and opportunity pipelines

Build relationships with clients to support ongoing communication and satisfaction

Project Coordination

Assist with planning and scheduling of new customer deployments

Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to coordinate deliverables

Track timelines, document milestones, and report progress

Help prepare onboarding materials, training content, and project documentation

Product & Industry Support

Learn about WHG's products, services, and market positioning

Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activity

Gather customer feedback and contribute to solution enhancements

Attend and support sales activities at industry and partner events.
