Sales Representative – Automatic Door Solutions

Location: VIC | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

We are currently seeking a driven Sales Representative to join the team of one of our valued clients, a leader in the manufacture and supply of industrial and commercial automatic door systems across Australia.

About the Role:

You will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, expanding the customer base, and promoting advanced mechanical and electrical solutions to clients in sectors such as office buildings, hotels, and restaurants.

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (occasional after-hours work may be required)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calls and face-to-face meetings

Quote projects within specified margin targets

Win and deliver projects aligned with the installation budget

Strengthen brand presence in the VIC market

Coordinate project scheduling and liaise with stakeholders

Maintain and manage leads using a CRM platform

About You:

Proven track record in sales, ideally within the construction or industrial products sector

Confident in both cold calling and in-person client engagement

Experience in quoting and securing new business

Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline

Exposure to selling into large builders or fabricators is highly regarded

Professional presentation and communication skills

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Highly motivated and results-driven
