About the role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, this pivotal role requires a dynamic and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy office environment. You will lead and support a dedicated administrative team, conducting performance reviews, developing work plans, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. With a strong focus on client service and front-of-house operations, you will also play a key role in supporting clinical staff and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Your advanced IT skills, particularly in Dynamics CRM and SharePoint, will be essential as you implement and guide new system. This role demands a proactive, solutions-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting and can work autonomously while advising on best practices and continuous improvement across all administrative functions.

This opportunity is a full-time, ongoing position based at our Family Relationship Centre in Melbourne CBD, with the expectation of one evening shift per week (Tuesday or Wednesday). The base salary range is $83k-$86k (pro-rata) per annum with access to salary packaging of $18,550 per annum. Hybrid arrangements are available following the probation period.

About you

  • Certificate, Diploma or tertiary qualifications in administrative studies or equivalent and several years experience in a busy administrative office environment.
  • Highly developed computer literacy, MS office suite, CRM (preferable) and the demonstrated capacity to efficiently learn IT new systems.
  • Experience working in a strong customer/client focused environment .
  • Previous experience supervising an office and/or office staff, coordinating, supervising and developing a small team.
