The Role

The Client Services Coordinator is a vital role within Aunty Grace, responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience through a combination of service coordination, relationship management, and proactive customer care. Acting in both customer service and scheduling, this role serves as a key point of contact for clients and their representatives, ensuring services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in alignment with each client’s needs and preferences.

The role requires high-level communication skills, scheduling and procurement coordination, and the ability to manage service quality, worker engagement, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Required:

· Demonstrated experience in customer service, scheduling, or procurement roles, ideally in aged care, health, or a related sector

· A person-centered approach to service and care delivery

· Strong ability to manage client relationships and expectations with outstanding customer service

· Demonstrated professionalism in communication with clients, families, colleagues, suppliers, and other stakeholders

· Ability to prioritise, problem-solve, and manage urgent or high-volume tasks efficiently

· Capacity to work collaboratively in an educated, respectful, and inclusive team environment

· Commitment to continuous improvement and contribution to a culture of service excellence

· Understanding of the aged care system appropriate to the role, including Home Care Packages, Support At Home, Aged Care Quality Standards, and the Aged Care Act

· Adherence to Aunty Grace’s values, Code of Conduct, policies, and best-practice care standards

· Willingness to participate in ongoing training, feedback, and performance improvement

· High attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritise tasks

· Ability to document and communicate client needs clearly to stakeholders

· Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment, embracing continuous improvement

· A National Criminal History/Police Check (within 3 years) with no disclosable outcomes or convictions

Desirable:

· Experience in community-based aged care or health-related fields

· Background in customer feedback and complaint resolution

· Experience in fast-paced scheduling environment
