Young Motors is seeking a confident and energetic Business Development Leader to join our front-line selling team. This is a rare opportunity to combine leadership, sales, finance, and aftermarket strategy into one dynamic role.

About the Role:
As our Business Development Leader, you’ll be involved across the full sales process—helping customers choose the right vehicle, tailoring finance options, and offering value-added aftermarket products. You'll also work closely with other departments to ensure seamless deal execution and long-term customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through the purchase experience.
Present and sell finance and insurance solutions clearly and professionally.
Promote aftermarket products including warranties, protection packages, and accessories.
Collaborate with the sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless, value-driven and consistent process.
Support team goals and help coach others on best practices in finance and aftermarket presentation.
Track KPIs, customer satisfaction, and product penetration to improve performance.
