What You'll Be Responsible For
Identify Growth Opportunities: Conduct market research to uncover new business channels, target audiences, and partnership opportunities in the immigration space.
Generate High-Quality Leads: Use cold calling, networking, digital outreach, and referrals to build a consistent pipeline of prospective clients.
Build Client Relationships: Nurture long-term relationships with individual clients, recruitment agents, and institutional partners.
Craft Custom Proposals: Assist in creating tailored proposals and pitch presentations that align with client needs and showcase our services effectively.
Represent the Brand: Attend fairs, seminars, and events to expand your network and enhance our visibility in the market.
Drive Sales Strategy: Work alongside the leadership team to implement business development strategies that align with company goals.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, processing, marketing) to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.
Track & Report Performance: Use CRM tools to maintain accurate records and report progress and insights to management regularly.
Who We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations — ideally in immigration, education, or consulting sectors.
Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-savvy and organized — you know your way around CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
A quick learner who’s enthusiastic about making an impact and growing with the company.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if you have the right attitude and results).
