Your Role

As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind strategic partnerships, service expansion, and sustainable growth. You’ll identify new opportunities, foster meaningful relationships, and represent our values in everything you do.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in the disability/NDIS sector.

Build relationships with referrers, support coordinators, plan managers, and community stakeholders.

Develop and implement growth strategies and local engagement plans.

Collaborate with internal teams to align services with market needs.

Track KPIs, produce reports, and drive continuous improvement.

About You

Proven experience in business development or similar role in the NDIS/disability or community services sector.

Strong understanding of the NDIS and person-centred care.

Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and values-aligned.

Ability to travel as required.
