This is a full-time role for someone who wants to contribute, take responsibility, and become a trusted part of a close-knit crew. You’ll work directly with our Installation Manager, manage incoming goods, liaise with suppliers, prep for jobs, and support the studio team.

The Role

• Full ownership of storeroom setup, job prep and labelling

• Proactive coordination with suppliers on deliveries, backorders and reworks

• Support Install Manager to ensure jobs are site-ready; no chasing required

• Keep the storeroom and workflow clean, tidy and professional

• Use Outlook, Excel, Teams and OneDrive to track jobs and share updates

• Be the eyes, ears and hands that keep our operations flowing

What You’ll Bring

• A great attitude and willingness to work with purpose and care

• Previous experience in warehousing/logistics would be helpful (but no necessary)

• Solid communication skills (written and verbal)

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams)

• A strong sense of accountability; you finish what you start

• Physically fit and able to manage stock and lifting (team supported)
