Are you an experienced Dynamics CRM Engineer who thrives in agile, collaborative teams? Join a leading superannuation organisation and take ownership of building and optimising their Customer Insights capability.

About the Role:

• Lead development and customisation of Dynamics CRM with a focus on Customer Insights
• Collaborate closely with CRM specialists and business teams to deliver scalable solutions
• Work onsite 2 days per week (Melbourne or Sydney), with flexible remote work for the rest

What You’ll Need:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM custom development, plugins, and Customer Insights
• Skilled in Power Platform, Logic Apps, JavaScript, C#/.NET
• Experience in error handling and large-scale CRM builds
• Excellent communication skills to work across technical and business teams

Bonus if You Have:

• Exposure to Dynamics Sales module
• Experience in enterprise or financial services environments
