The Role
As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue through capital equipment sales and rentals across a defined territory. Your key focus will be on identifying and converting new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and delivering a high standard of service and support.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and executing a strategic territory plan
Building and maintaining key relationships with hospitals and select aged care facilities
Driving sales and rental performance in line with set targets and forecasts
Promoting pressure injury reduction solutions and other clinical benefits of the product range
Conducting client needs analyses, product demonstrations, and in-servicing
Overseeing product delivery, installation, and after-sales support
Identifying market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities
Managing tenders and supporting accurate, timely submissions
About You
Strong Medical Device sales experience ideally from one of the following areas: ICU/ Critical Care, ED, Wound Care
Ideally you have experience in Capital Equipment sales within the medical device industry
Based in Sydney South or Sydney Central
Open to good Med Device sales candidates from a range of non capital roles also and other specialty areas
A proven ability to drive business growth through consultative selling
Strong negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
Experience managing end-to-end sales cycles, including tender processes
Solid understanding of hospital and aged care environments
Technical aptitude and comfort assembling or demonstrating products
Excellent time management, autonomy, and organisational skills
