The Role

As a Pharmacy Territory Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Sydney South territory, managing pharmacy relationships while driving sales and in-store brand execution. Living on-territory is essential to maintain strong local connections and performance.

Key responsibilities:

Introduce and educate pharmacy teams on our client’s product range

Build trusted relationships with pharmacy staff and key stakeholders

Strategically manage your territory to meet and exceed KPIs

Execute brand plans and maintain merchandising standards

Accurately record your activity and insights in the CRM

Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in pharmacy, OTC, or healthcare sales

Confident communicators and natural relationship builders

Self-motivated, commercially minded, and highly organised

Must live on-territory, hold a valid driver’s licence, and have a reliable, road-safe vehicle

Bonus: A background in Science, Health, or Business, or Medicines Australia certification
