With a reputation for excellence across diagnostics, surgical products, and digital health platforms, this business partners with public and private hospitals, day surgeries, and specialist clinics to deliver measurable improvements in patient care.
As part of their national expansion, they are seeking a driven and commercially minded Territory Manager to manage and grow key accounts and identify opportunities for new business.
About The Role
You’ll manage a mix of established accounts and new business opportunities within your assigned region, partnering with surgeons, specialists, procurement leads, and clinical decision-makers. You'll be supported with training, technical resources, and a highly engaged leadership team that backs its people.
Depending on your background, you will represent one or more of the company's product lines, which may include medical devices (orthopaedics, surgical tools, wound care, disposables), diagnostic imaging and pathology technology, digital health platforms (EHR/EMR, patient monitoring, compliance tools), clinical workflow solutions, or infection prevention products.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing and growing a portfolio of public and private healthcare accounts
Identifying new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, or specialists
Conducting clinical presentations, in-service training, and product education
Working closely with product, ops, and clinical support teams
Reporting on sales activity, pipeline, and customer feedback
About You
As the successful candidate for this role, you will have demonstrated experience in medical device, diagnostics, health tech, or pharmaceutical sales. You are a natural relationship builder, driven by purpose and motivated by the opportunity to influence change through meaningful collaboration.
Additionally, you will bring:
Proven track record engaging with and influencing clinicians, procurement, and senior stakeholders
Demonstrated experience in surgical, hospital, clinical or relevant transferable environments
Strong business acumen with a solution-focused sales approach
Tech-savvy and driven by outcomes, not just activity
Ability to work autonomously while being part of a collaborative team
Salary & Benefits
$90,000 to $120,000 + Super + Car + Comms
OTE of $170K–$200K in year one (with accelerators and long-term pipeline)
