Nissan has an excellent opportunity to join a high performing team in the Collections Department. You will be part of a vibrant Collections Centre focused on supporting customers across different stages of delinquency through phone, email, letter and SMS contact.

In this full-time role you will be part of the collections team, managing accounts as a portfolio to ensure the best solutions for customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive first call resolution and offer customers solutions to meet financial obligations
• Adhere to Collections, Debt and Consumer Protection guidelines
• Contribute to department targets
• Work on more complex collection accounts and propose solutions
• Seek approvals as needed for further collection actions

Who we’re looking for

• Customer service focused with strong communication abilities and adaptability
• Debt collection experience in financial services, utilities or services a plus
• Passion for high performance and exceeding expectations
• Proven ability to handle complex collection accounts
• Available to work shifts between 7am to 6pm weekdays, with flexibility
