Based at our Kilsyth head office this role reports to our Finance Controller.

Key areas of responsibility include:

Ensure invoices are produced at a timely and accurately in accordance with clients requirements and contractual obligations

Investigate any billing queries with the appropriate teams.

Review and reconcile, the quality and integrity of all invoices generated by the Invoicing Team

Liaise with Traffio [billing software] to implement continual improvements

Lead, direct, train and monitor the Invoicing Team. Escalate any issues to the Leadership Team in a timely manner.

Monitor the progress of all invoices within the department to ensure invoices are generated in a timely manner and workload is being monitored and managed

Manage the traffic accounts Inbox

Compliance with all ATC policies and procedures

Assist the Finance Team as required
