Reporting to the Accommodation Manager the successful candidate must have the ability to:

Coordinate property inspections, lease agreements, and maintenance with real estate agents and tradespeople.

Manage employee accommodation needs, including applications, agreements, and utility connections.

Organize and maintain labor hire properties, including inspections, reports, and communication with stakeholders.

Handle furniture orders, deliveries, and setup with handymen and suppliers.

Submit documentation and feedback to Greenham and labor hire companies and assist with any property-related enquiries.

You will have:

Certificate IV in Property Services or other relevant qualifications in accommodation management not essential but will be highly regarded.

Effective communication, interpersonal and computer skills (MS applications)

Ability to work as a team member or on your own as the situation may provide.
