About the role

This is a full-time role based in Penrith, NSW, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administration and contract management support to the Signature Exteriors' construction projects team. As a Construction Contract Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of Signature Exteriors' construction projects by managing all contractual obligations and documentation.

What you'll be doing

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction pricing, contracts and variations

Assisting Project Managers with trade selection and pricing

Coordinating and maintaining all contract documentation, including progress claims, site instructions, and project correspondence

Providing advice and guidance to project managers and other stakeholders on contractual matters

Assisting with the preparation of tender responses and other commercial documentation

Ensuring projects adhere to all relevant legislation, regulations, and internal policies

Supporting the development and maintenance of contract management systems and processes

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualification in a field such as law, construction management, or project management

Minimum 2 years' experience in a contract administration or similar role within the construction industry

Strong understanding of construction contracts and the ability to interpret and apply contractual terms

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Proficient in the use of contract management software and MS Office suite
