Are you an experienced Contract Administrator with a background in remedial or residentail projects? Join a well-established and growing contractor known for delivering high-quality remedial projects across Sydney.

Our client is looking to take on an experienced Contract Administrator to support on remedial projects up to $15m.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and manage contracts and subcontractor agreements
• Assist with project budgeting, procurement, and cost control
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
• Manage variations, progress claims, and reporting

About you:

• 2–5+ years of experience as a CA in the construction or remedial industry
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and construction processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or similar
