Cumberland Building is a dynamic faced paced company within the luxury residential sector of the construction industry, with a reputation of delivering projects to the highest standard. We have constructed some of the most luxurious homes along the Sydney foreshore and Eastern suburbs.

We have a newly created role for a CA;

Is this you?

Do you have 3 + years' local experience working on residential projects valued from $500K - $5M+

Are you able to think outside the box and read detailed plans?

Can you prepare scopes and trade packages?

Can you liaise with subcontractors and negotiate pricing?

Can you prepare contracts and supply agreements?

Do you love meeting targets?

Are you a great communicator?

Are you assertive and confident?
