Your Role & Growth Path:
Initially, you'll be the central hub for our administrative operations, handling crucial tasks such as:
Efficiently managing and following up on client communications (phone, email).
Mastering invoicing and the detailed scheduling of services, repairs, and installations.
Building and nurturing strong business relationships with our valued clients.
Providing comprehensive administrative support to all team members.
Proactively problem-solving and continually improving our operational procedures.
Maintaining our office environment and supplies.
As you gain experience and demonstrate initiative, you'll be mentored and trained to transition into a more senior Office Management role, taking on greater responsibility and leadership within the business.

Technically Proficient: Strong computer skills are essential, with experience in Xero, ServiceM8, and Microsoft Office highly regarded. Ability to touch type is a plus.
Adaptable: Capable of multitasking, learning new technical product information quickly, and working both autonomously and within a small, cohesive team.
Ethical & Reliable: Punctual, trustworthy, polite, kind, respectful, and brings a positive, motivated attitude with a caring work ethic.
