About the role
North Coast Wreckers is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Mount St John, QLD. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our office operations and providing high-level administrative support to the business.
What you'll be doing
- Manage the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, including invoicing, record keeping, and correspondence
- Oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment, and manage relationships with vendors
- Provide executive-level support to the leadership team, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and general administrative tasks
- Supervise and coordinate the work of administrative staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output
- Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and systems to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and other business-critical documents
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing excellent customer service
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an office management or senior administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in the use of office software, including Microsoft Office suite and various administrative tools
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
