Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential rental properties, guiding them through the entire leasing process.
• Organize and conduct property inspections for prospective tenants.
• Prepare tenancy agreements and negotiate rental terms.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships.
• Coordinate with tradespeople for necessary property maintenance and repairs.
• Perform rental appraisals, handle maintenance issues, and manage arrears.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants.
• Represent the business at QCAT when required.
• Perform general administrative tasks related to property management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Agent's Representative license.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in business development and negotiating rental agreements.
• Solid understanding of QCAT procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building rapport.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
