Senior Property Manager – Expression of Interest
$90K - $100K (negotiable) | WFH flexibility | Car + phone provided
Oaklane Property is seeking a confident, experienced Senior Property Manager to step into an autonomous role managing a well-kept portfolio of just over 100 properties.
You'll be responsible for the full scope of property management, including QCAT when needed. This role suits someone independent, capable, and ready to take the reins.

What you’ll need:
3+ years experience in end-to-end portfolio management
Strong legislative knowledge and QCAT capability
Confident managing a portfolio independently
