Lead Educator Opportunity – Station House Early Years Learning

Are you passionate about shaping the future of early childhood education? Station House Early Years Learning is seeking a Diploma-qualified Educator to join our small, family-owned childcare service. We are looking for a committed and dedicated Room Leader for either our Toddler Room.

You’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive leadership team and work closely with our educational leader to create engaging and inviting play based program.

The Role

As a Room Leader, you will:

• Lead the planning and implementation of engaging, developmentally appropriate programs for infants aged 0-2 years.

• Foster strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and team members.

• Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

• Create a calm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.

Be a role model and demonstrate best practice for fellow educators.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.

Preferably experience as a Lead educator at a childcare service.

A understanding of the EYLF and best practices in early childhood education.

A genine passion for caring for and educating young children.

A passion for nurturing children’s potential and inspiring a love of learning.
