Lead Educator - Full Time

About the Role: We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated and Experienced Nursery Lead Educator to work in our Nursery in a full time capacity. This role is perfect for an educator who can work independently, lead a growing team, thrive in a changing and dynamic environment, and have a genuine passion for early learning.

**Availability to work on a rotating roster between 7:00am and 6:30pm is a must-have requirement

What You'll Be Involved In:

Creating and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences.

Supporting children in their daily routines, fostering independence and confidence.

Building strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

Ensuring compliance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).

Maintaining a warm, safe, and inclusive environment.

What We Are Looking For:

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-recognised)

A minimum of 1 year experience as a Lead Educator

A current First Aid, CPR, and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificate.

A valid Employee Working with Children Check.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Passion for fostering children's development in a nurturing way.
