About the Role:
As an experienced educator, you’ll take the lead in creating meaningful, play-based learning experiences for children aged 0–5. You’ll work closely with a collaborative, like-minded team to deliver high-quality care and education in a space that is alive with energy, diversity, and purpose.

You’ll:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate, engaging programs

Build strong relationships with children and their families

Observe and document developmental progress to tailor learning

Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture

Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and regulations

What We’re Looking For:
You’re a Diploma-qualified educator with proven experience in early learning settings. You have a current Working with Children Check, First Aid (including CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis), and a genuine passion for mentoring and guiding young children. Your communication skills, initiative, and dedication to professional growth set you apart.
